Our hostel is one of the few properties in Venice perfectly able to accommodate group requests given our huge capacity (260 beds), and our rooms allow students to stay together during their stay. The hostel has two separate floors, one for males and one for females, with shared baths in the hallways. We have 14, 16, 18, and 22-bed dorm rooms. We also have a floor exclusively for groups with 72 units, which gives you the possibility of having mixed rooms with shared bathrooms, for the group’s use only. If a reservation is made with ample time, given our availability, double and/or triple rooms can be allocated for the teachers, chaperones or drivers. We require a 30% deposit to hold the rooms and the balance upon check-in.*

To request a group quote, we require that you send an email to info@ostellovenezia.it with the following information:

• Name of the group
• Contact person
• Arrival and Departure dates
• Number of people (it is very important for us to know the exact number of males and females in order to provide you with a rooming list and to guarantee that the rooms reserved will be exclusively used for your group only)

Cancellation Policy/Cancellation Rules
* 20% refund for cancellations made more than 31 days before the arrival date
* 50% due for cancellations made within 30 and 8 days before the arrival date
* 75% due for cancellations made within a week (7 days) of the arrival date
* 100% due for cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date
